The ICON Fast Feet is a compact circular arena — 2.5 metres in diameter with larger target panels that demand close control, rapid reaction, and body manipulation in the tightest of spaces. Designed to fit into gardens, sports halls, event venues, and anywhere space is at a premium, it delivers the same fundamental training principles as the full ICON in a format that is ready in under ten minutes.
