Make your launch unforgettable. ESA technology creates natural energy and engagement — the perfect backdrop for a product reveal or brand activation. It draws people in, keeps them engaged, and gives your event a talking point that outlasts the day itself.
Give your clients an experience they haven't had before. ESA adds a premium, interactive dimension to hospitality events — the kind of thing people talk about on the way home. Leave a lasting impression that a dinner or drinks reception simply can't match.
Break out of the boardroom. ESA brings genuine fun to a structured away day — without the awkwardness of enforced team-building activities. Whether it's a half-day activation or a full day centrepiece, it gives people something to compete over, laugh about, and remember.
Houston's energy industry runs on relationships and team culture. An ESA activation brings your team together in a way that a conference room never will — competitive, energising, and genuinely memorable. Works equally well for an internal team of 20 or a client-facing group of 100.
We work with groups from 10+ people. Smaller groups get more time on the equipment per person. Larger groups work in rotations — we design the format around your numbers so everyone gets a proper session. Tell us your headcount and we'll build the schedule around it.
We come to you. Any Houston-area venue (other areas by agreement) — your office car park, a hired venue, a hotel ballroom, an outdoor space, a sports facility. We need a flat surface of approximately 6m x 6m per ESA unit and ideally access to a standard power supply. (We can provide batteries if needed) We handle the rest of the logistics assessment — just tell us your venue and we'll confirm feasibility.
We arrive 30–90 minutes before your event starts to set up. The activation itself runs for however long works for your program — from a 45-minute slot within a larger event to a half-day standalone experience. We pack down after your event is complete. Your only job is to show up.
That's the most common question we get — and it's a good one. ESA technology is designed to challenge each player individually, regardless of their ability. The panels react to each person's speed and timing, so a competitive ex-player and someone who's never kicked a ball are both genuinely challenged at their own level. They're in the same game, having the same experience, and nobody gets shown up. We've run events for large corporate groups where the top performer on the day had never watched a football match. Everyone plays. Nobody stands on the sidelines.
Pricing depends on group size, duration, location, and the format we design together. We don't publish a fixed price list because the right solution for a team of 10 looks different to one for a group of 100 — and we'd rather give you an accurate quote than a number that doesn't reflect what you actually need. Get in touch with your headcount, date, and venue and we'll come back to you with a clear proposal, usually within 24 hours.
We are based in Sugar Land and primarily serve the Greater Houston area. For events further afield across Texas, get in touch — we assess each location individually and will be honest about whether it works logistically. We're building our reach as the business grows, so if you're outside Houston it's always worth asking.
We need a flat surface of approximately 18 feet by 18 feet (6 metres by 6 metres) per ESA unit — this can be indoors or outdoors. We need access to a standard power supply (standard US 120V outlet) although battery packs can be provided. We don't need specialist sports facilities, changing rooms, or any other infrastructure. Most office car parks, hotel ballrooms, event spaces, and outdoor areas work well. Tell us your venue and we'll confirm whether it works — usually within a few hours.
As early as possible — popular dates, particularly Friday afternoons and end-of-quarter periods, fill quickly. We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance for a straightforward event. For larger activations or events tied to specific dates — product launches, annual away days — we'd suggest coming to us eight to twelve weeks out so we have time to design the right format. That said, if you have a date coming up sooner, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Tell us your team size, your date, and what you're trying to achieve.
We'll come back to you within 24 hours with a clear proposal.
